We'll do all of this and more. Some tasks might require a quick estimation process (and your approval to begin). These include:
- Account Setup. Setting your Mailchimp foundations properly including domain validation and best practices.
- Email Design System. Using Figma or Canva to create a streamlined look for your emails, banners, landing page elements and more, so your designs are delivered faster and with a cohesive, beautiful style.
- Audience Cleanup. Maintaining your audience in good shape, trimming things here and there and making sure it's clean, engaged and you're not spending for contacts you can't use anymore.
- Integrations. Our skilled developers can help you integrate Mailchimp with anything, through the gazillion plugins out there or through tailor-made API solutions.
- Ecommerce. Mailchimp's 360º Ecommerce integrations are outstanding to undertand how much money any campaign is generating. We'll make sure yours functions perfectly and help you figure out patterns in attribution.
- Audits and Publishing Calendars. Our premium plan (Mega) includes custom onboarding, a thorough audit where we'll review everything on your account, and the process of creating a publishing calendar so you can have a designed, purposeful email content plan for the entire year.
These are average timeframes from the moment we start to the first strong draft or candidate.
Estimations assume we have to produce all the content as well (design, copywriting, ideas). For those campaigns where you deliver the necessary assets just cut the delivery time by 50%.
How do revisions work?
You can ask for unlimited revisions. We're extremely good at what we do and it's rare to need more than two or three rounds, but we can keep refining everything until you're in love with the outcome.
